NDESC has partnered with Cooperative Resources, Inc. (CRI) for administration of its programs. CRI is a public, non-profit organization operating in North Dakota and Minnesota. CRI is dedicated to assisting NDESC in the most efficient way possible, to meet the goal of cooperative service to its members.
