Health Insurance

• Quarterly review of members utilization reports with current carriers. Report to members as deemed appropriate.
• Annual review as to the need and opportunity to bid health insurance for members.
• Review and monitor need for legislative changes that would benefit members.
• Work with Department of Insurance for proper filing and reporting.
• Work with healthcare providers to develop NDESC Healthcare Network as appropriate.
• Represent members in trying to control healthcare costs.
