Membership in NDESC is open to North Dakota School Districts, Multi-district Special Education Units and area Vocational and Technology Centers.

NDESC has partnered with Cooperative Resources, Inc. (CRI) for administration of its programs. Cooperative Resources, Inc. is a public, non-profit organization operating in North Dakota and Minnesota. CRI is dedicated to assisting NDESC in the most efficient way possible, to meet the goal of cooperative service to its members.

Membership in NDESC/CRI is $75 per district, plus $3 per employee. No district will pay more than $250 maximum, annually.
