Service cooperatives are an integral part of communities across Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Eight cooperatives in Minnesota created the Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) which also serves participating agencies in North Dakota, through the North Dakota Educators Service Cooperative (NDESC) and South Dakota. More than 3,000 local governments, schools, and nonprofits participate in CPC.
