    NDESC has a joint powers partnership with Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) in Minnesota.  LCSC's Education Services Department offers many professional development opportunities for school administrators, teachers, technology coordinators and school support staff.  Our role in educating the child is to assist school staff in developing a deep understanding of instructional strategies, school-wide initiatives, student data, and best educational practices.  We have a team of education and technology professionals that service schools as specialists.

    We work continually to build partnerships with post-secondary and other nonprofits to strengthen our knowledge and expertise in the education field.  Most recently, LCSC has worked with a number of North Dakota Teacher Centers to understand how we could help each other.  We look forward to many years of working together to help schools build an enriched learning environment.
