NDESC has strong programs in the areas of Cooperative Purchasing and Insurance/Risk Management. We also partner with other cooperatives to periodically bring educational opportunities to members.
NDESC is governed by an eleven member board and has a diverse membership across the state. Organized through the Joint Powers provision of the North Dakota Century Code, it has been working for members for over ten years.

We are happy to announce that NDESC now hosts a contract for adult and youth sized reusable face masks with Hanes!
Negotiated Agreement # F21-HAN
Hanes’ business to business segment will manage customer orders. Masks are $1/mask for orders of 500, multiple mask styles are available, orders must be placed in increments of 500, and the minimum order quantity is 500.
