Quarterly review of members' utilization reports with current carriers. Report to members as deemed appropriate.

Annual review as to the need and opportunity to bid health insurance for members.

Review and monitor need for legislative changes that would benefit members.

Work with Department of Insurance for proper filing and reporting.

Work with healthcare providers to develop NDESC Healthcare Network as appropriate.

Represent members in trying to control healthcare costs.
